Deep ruby. Ripe black cherry, plum and a hint of spice from the Saint-Émilion slopes. Silky tannins and a polished, medium length finish.
Food Pairing
Roast beef, duck, lamb chops, mushroom dishes.
Serve at 17 to 18°C (63 to 65°F). Decant young vintages for an hour.
