Dark ruby. From a tiny parcel of old vines on the limestone plateau: dense black fruit, violet and a pronounced mineral core. Concentrated and long.
Food Pairing
Lamb, beef, aged sheep cheese (with a dairy meal).
Serve at 17 to 18°C (63 to 65°F). Decant young vintages for an hour.
