Tasting Notes
Deep purple. Mint and dark berries, cherry, plum, licorice and graphite over the estate's signature mineral earthiness. Concentrated and layered, with powdery tannins and a long, penetrating finish. Built for the cellar; decant when young.

Serve at 17 to 18°C (63 to 65°F). Decant young vintages for an hour.
