Tasting Notes

Pale gold. Citrus, white peach, beeswax and flint with a touch of toasted oak. Rich, textured palate balanced by vibrant acidity and a long, mineral finish. One of the great white wines of Bordeaux.

Food Pairing

Roast salmon, halibut in butter sauce, sea bass, roast chicken.

Serve lightly chilled, 10 to 13°C (50 to 55°F).
