Dense ruby. Blackcurrant, cedar, graphite and earth. Structured Saint-Estèphe with firm tannins that soften with a little air, and a long, savory finish. Decant for an hour.
Food Pairing
Brisket, prime rib, lamb shoulder, hearty beef stew.
Serve at 17 to 18°C (63 to 65°F). Decant young vintages for an hour.
